• Excellent Excel skills and exposure to/knowledge of SAP or similar packages

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
2 core areas of support on a daily basis to the Customer Operations/Supply team in our NY office:
(1) Inventory Management - Manage payments on finshed & liquid sales to our vendors.
Payment reconciliation & issue resolution.
Support of import shipment documentation.
Transactional activities in SAP on inventory movements.
General inventory reconciliation and adjustments.
(2) Order Allocation Management - Creation of daily allocation/inventory status. Manage ad hoc queries on stock availability. Support Allocation analyst on SAP system changes to allocations. Ensure paperwork supports import shipments
