·Demonstrated regional or global recruiting expertise
·Experience recruiting in Africa a plus
Job Description:
Build early career talent through cost effective channels to address current and future talent needs in internationally.
· Supports the HR business partners and line mangers in the delivery of their business objectives.
·Ensures the best talent is available to the business when and where needed.
·Direct-resourcing model for sourcing for graduate talent to meet annual targets and ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of graduate programs to the business.
·Part of global team with exposure to multiple hiring environments, sourcing strategies and will involve working across a number of functions.
Focus is on early career strategies in North America and Africa.
