Job Description:
This position is responsible for the implementation, augmentation, support of the company’s brand. You must have great strategy and vision for Restaurant and Retail Marketing. You will manage the brand, product, merchandising interaction and communication with consumer. Design, develop and implement effective marketing plans to reach corporate, divisional and financial goals. This position reports directly to the VP of Restaurants and Retail. Develop and execute a marketing strategy to maximize revenue and COP generated. Generate incremental sales by developing and executive an effective Marketing Plan and Programs for new and existing products, including promotional and advertising programs for new, everyday and seasonal products. Manage local marketing programs, Provide strategic guidance and oversee execution through marketing associate, who will work with Regional and Store Managers to incorporate local programs, knowledge and experience into general marketing scheme and research local market conditions and opportunities to establish proper local strategies, work with store managers and other resources to execute programs. Continuously monitor and analyze results of marketing programs. Ensure that all programs are effective and efficient. Monitor programs for best results; analyze data In regards to performance versus objectives and recommend and initiate changes to programs when needed. Manage Marketing communication for other divisional activities, included e-commerce, Corporate Gifts and Wedding Favors. Develop, maintain and market e-commerce offering via appropriate print and electronic communication tools. Track and report sales mix and seasonal results. Trouble-shoot guest service, technical and product related issues in relation to Online Chocolate Shop. Develop, maintain, and distribute annual catalogue and relevant marketing collateral to online shop. Initiate, Design, and Develop appropriate signage for the Shops and will improve the customer’s perception of the product and further increase sales and profit. Coach, manage and develop Retail Merchandise Associate and Retail Marketing Associate to establish a uniform and cohesive brand identify.
