Requirements:
Min. of Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
10 Years theme park with a preference to Resort management experience with an emphasis on water rides and attraction operations.
Proficient use of Basic Computer Programs and Systems
Strong Analytical Skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and manage projects efficiently.
Min. of 3 years management
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all safety and risk management aspects of the water park operation including life guard operations, emergency planning, and accident investigation. Ensures a safe and efficient day to day operation of all facility rides and attractions. This role will serve as a key support to the VP of the Water Park Operations in achieving the department’s strategic goals, provide leadership and develop employee training initiatives.
This candidate will work with all levels of employees to promote and model the company’s core values.
You must have a proven track record for being proactive, successfully lead teams, extensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and risk assessment.
You must have a strong Business Acumen since you will be interfacing with the finance team regard annual budgets and plans.
