Requirements:
Min. of year’s experience. Must be a Director or VP of Human Resources background within the Hospitality Industry.
Willing to relocate if not presently living in the Caribbean.
Excellent working knowledge of HRIS
A BA degree or equivalent certification but Post Graduate is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong financial and business acumen.
Knowledge of working in a Union environment a plus
Risk Management experience, mandatory.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the management of Broad HR functions ensuring transactional and strategic processes. Must be very knowledgeable of Risk Management. You will lead initiatives and be responsible for managing the administrative and functional HR responsibilities while supporting the strategic objectives of the division and the company. The successful individual will have thorough knowledge of managing multiple strategic and functional HR initiatives, implementing best practices, leading major projects and managing a diversity of employee programs.
This position will serve as a key support to the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and will assist in leading the initiatives that help build a reputation to strengthen the company’s brand. .
