Job Description:
Experience effectively controlling Daily Store Activities and Priorities
Uphold exemplary Customer Service and Food and Product Safety
Responsible for monitoring inventory control, merchandising, sales and accounting
Proficiency in MICROS Systems and all its functionalities; Payroll, Inventory Management, COGS and Customer Service
Work with the Regional Managers and Accounting Department to establish P&L for store.
Ability to establish store plans that are attainable and growth oriented.
Knowledge of monitoring the performance levels of the store through statistical analysis and appropriate reports.
Basic Human Resources functions are expected from GM: HR, interviewing, hiring, scheduling and payroll
Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Paid Holidays, Personal days and Vacation.
Will relocate for this position.
