Requires 3 –5 years of business experience in communications, public and media relations, preferable in supporting large scale change initiatives Minimum BA or equivalent Familiarity with overall business landscape across Global Supply and Demand Understanding of/experience in technical and commercialization disciplines within Consumer Product Goods Proven capability in developing compelling presentations Demonstrated ability to manage communications and events; planning and producing content to an agreed schedule, which involves researching and writing content, coordinating design and translation resources.

Job Description:
Excellent opportunity to work for an outstanding global firm in a terrific environment! Drives the creation and implementation of the Global Technical Communication Plan. Plan includes best practice communication, events and activities to create and sustain the necessary level of engagement with sponsors, stakeholders and target communities delivering the program successfully. Principal Tasks Develops communications for project team, sponsors, stakeholders and targets from Analyze phase to Warranty. Facilitates the utilization of various media for engagement communications, status reports and milestone activities. Actively interacts with Program leadership, Stakeholders and target groups to assess understanding and engagement levels for the program. Measures effectiveness of communications, and adjusts plan accordingly to ensure communications deliver a high level of impact and fulfill the necessary objectives. Actively utilizes and is responsible for managing all Delivery Methodology deliverables specific to Communications, within the Change Management workstream. Actively engages with Change Management lead to ensure successful completion of program milestones. Initiates and builds great relationships, helps identify communication challenges and provides insight into the best approach for clear/concise targeted communications. Active engagement with Business Acceptance Groups and local implementation teams, globally, to build relationships and support the delivery of local communications. Works in partnership with Change Management team to ensure successful adoption of change impacts to people, processes and technology.
