Requirements:
Manager needed for this Casual Dining Family Environment You will work closely with Regional Managers, General Managers and Corporate personnel for optimum performance and brand recognition. Control daily store activities/priorities Monitor inventory control systems in all its functions working with Vendors, Merchandising, Sales & Accounting Monitor Sales and Labor issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize profitability Experience with High Volume environment Experience with team building. Ability to motivate and empower your team Perform basic HR functions. Scheduling, selection, interviewing and hiring under the auspices of the HR Department.
Job Description:
Bachelors Degree Min. of 4 years GM experience Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work with little or no supervision Ability to manage time effectively Computer literacy preferable in MICROS, Excel, Outlook, Power Point Analytical ability for statistics and forecasting Knowledge of POS systems
