Must have exceptional management skills with a proven track record of driving successful business results and motivating and leading a diverse team of managers.,. Must have a minimum of 10 years work experience with at least 5 years proven success in the retail or service environment managing multiple locations. College Degree required must be able to work weekends and travel 60-80% of time and have a high level of energy.
Job Description:
Dm will be responsible for driving district business performance and manage a business of approximately $50 million in annual revenue. Recruit and develop superior talent. The DM will supervise a team of managers who manage approximately 1,000-1700 staff members.
