Min. of 2 years related experience (restaurant/retail) high – volume environment.
You will be expected to Maintain Inventory levels at optimum efficiency, by ordering placement via vendors and appropriate corporate personnel.
Monitor performance levels of the shop through statistical analysis of appropriate reports.
Perform Human Resources functions: payroll, scheduling, interviewing and hiring under the Human Resource Department direction.
Develop shop personnel through the Performance Improvement Process.
