Job Description:
Well-established merchant service company is seeking a Risk Analyst for their Long Island location. Responsibilities include:
- monitoring merchant accounts in order to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and potential loss/chargebacks.
- Review and research transaction exceptions.
- Review and process merchant data for investigations.
- Correspond with merchants, banks and consumers both in writing and via the phone for transaction verification and to investigate possible risk issues.
- Various other projects as necessary.
