Requirements:
Associates degree or higher preferred. 3+ years experience in banking/finance, preferably within the credit card industry.
2+ years management experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, EDS, EMS, OCS, Merchant Accounting, Fortis, CAS/Global, GAA and MIDAS a plus.
Job Description:
Well-established and profitable credit card processing company is looking for a Risk Management Supervisor for their Long Island location. Responsibilities include:
- management of the day-to-day responsibilities of the risk analysis and collections personnel
- Review and approval of high-risk merchant accounts and all of the detail involved in the process
- Management of team members including performance reviews, monthly attendance reports, recruitment and hiring, discipline, etc.
- Create and manage schedules for department with regards to work hours, lunchtimes, etc.
- Participate in all training and development of employees.
- Step in for Director in their absence.
