Requirements:
Position Responsibilities:
-Provide project guidance relating to product quality.
-Maintain continuity of QC process and quality standard across all product lines sold by company.
-Analyze operating data to identify and recommend changes to QC process and controls which will
improve day to day efficiency of process throughout organization.
-Continuous Vendor contact and dialogue to ensure product is manufactured accurately and within approved specifications.
- Support and provide training to others regarding the utilization of established quality assurance procedures and illustrating manufacturing operations/techniques.
-Administer and coordinate the Corrective Action (CA) and Preventive Action (PA) procedures defined in the Quality Assurance procedure.
-Administer the Service Complaint Resolution Process (SCRP) to conduct inspections, create reports, make decisions on findings as needed.
-Administer the Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) to ensure appropriately documented and both corrective and preventive action solutions are completed when necessary.
-Perform the Sample Inspection Process (SIP).
-Regularly maintain tare weight spreadsheets for required products supplied to specified customers.
-Administer and coordinate the Quality Assurance (QA) Program for all products and services sold.
-Coordinate and perform the internal and external audit process to ensure compliance with established QC procedures
-Establish and maintain detailed and tidy quality files and documentation so they are easily accessible and user friendly to those who need easy access to the data.
-When required by Management, travel to manufacturing locations for inspection of press runs, etc.
-When required by Management, travel to customer facilities for inspection of non-conforming products or services.
-When required by Management, travel to warehouses for inspection of non-conforming products or services.
