Requirements:
4 year college degree required. Prior experience in a technical client support position a must. Strong technical understanding including advance MS Windows, database management, and basic technical programming skills. Must have the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional time management skills also required.
On-call and some nights/weekends required.
Job Description:
Position involves supporting clients needs on a daily basis with regards to service requests and systems maintenance. Position will require communication with various internal departments as well as with clients via telephone and email. Position also requires the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
